With our secure and reliable Keyholding service protecting your business, you will never be woken at night by a triggered alarm in your business. You won’t have to interrupt a night out, a weekend or a holiday, or risk going to your premises alone to check out the disturbance.
Instead, our Security Industry Authority-licensed Response Officer will respond to your alarm activation immediately. Afterwards, you’ll receive a full observational report about the investigation.
If you wish to retain keys and go to the premises, however, our officer will accompany you, guaranteeing safety and compliance with lone-worker legislation. If you have a Lone Working Policy, this will also help you meet your duty as an employer. Health and Safety Executive guidance states: “It is the employer’s duty to assess risks to lone workers and take steps to avoid or control risks where necessary.”
